Description

This workshop blends core aspects of Marshall Rosenberg's Compassionate
Communication with mindfulness practices drawn from yoga and other
meditation traditions. It gives voice to creative self-expression by
allowing each participant to build communication skills which emerge
from a clear understanding of core personal needs and individual
inspiration. The practical guidance realized in this training will help
participants communicate better within families, at work, as well as
with one's own self.
